A Rare Case of Bilateral Primary B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma of Breast

Primary B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma of Breast is a rare presentation breast malignancy and it necessary to differentiate from secondary lymphoma as prognosis treatment varies based on the diagnosis. We report case 47-year-old female with bilateral PBNHL which due younger age than earlier reported cases this malignancy, lump “peau de orange” appearance seen in both breasts usually high grade complete recovery patient while PBL outlines poor prognosis. Mammosonography findings included dilated ducts hypoechoiec areas. MRI showed altered signal intensity. Findings imaging studies are non-specific vary widely why biopsy gold standard was done confirm diagnosis
